• Leadership: created and continue to develop the Data Science Practice at TrueCue; created Intellectual Properties such as Data Science Handbook, delivery methodology, framework, and service offering proposition.

• Customer Renewal Prediction: sold and delivered an advanced analytics project that included a customer health research pack, and a machine learning solution that predicts customer renewal for a global SaaS business.
